it wasn’t the irresistible
flickering of stars
that numbed the aoristic
energy in my soul.
the noisy silence of darkness
was like a thing, yet two-fold
where chance dared to embed
affirmation of thoughts
that link amongst shadows.
spirits aflutter dive through
moonbeams, awakening the need
to design our existence together.
through rain sleet and snow
I tread. my unconditional love
compares to the aura of
rose quartz crystals
lovingly sealed in delicate
balance dangling from the sky

I think Sadje struck romantic gold with her prompt!
We can all use a little more love and hope these days.
I agree there is a unique ‘noisy silence of darkness’ –
May love’s voice come full force out of the shadows with our affinitive actions of promoting healing for all. π
