Secrets

secrets awakened by an autumn breeze

their lullaby once a safe haven

rise up as whispers in the trees

drifting hither and yonder

morphing as amber leaves

falling to the ground

renewing cause

secrets heard

loud and

clear

  1. Great photo. I would love to walk through autumn’s falling leaves. I am so over hot and humid. Just need some cool breezes to scatter the crabbiness away.

  2. It won’t be long before secrets untold are awaken once again with the changing of the leaves. I can’t believe how quickly the months are clicking by, can you? Nicely done. Now, I’m ready for fall’s arrival!

  3. I always wondered how well the second set of nestlings manage… As well as the 5th generation of Monarch butterflies (they are the last ones of summer and are the ones that migrate!)
