Yessss
Thank you!
Mr. Thoreau certainly had that right!
Beautiful quote and image
Thank you, Sadje!
You’re welcome my friend
Hey Eugenia,
I’m back from our staycation and am trying to get back into the groove of things while preparing for Thanksgiving. Fabulous image for the autumn season. Such scenes makes me think of my daddy. He used to love deer hunting. These days, he talks about getting him a deer or bear from my parents back deck. lol Unfortunately, he has issues with walking anymore and then he suffers horribly with Black Lung disease. It just goes to show no matter what the body is doing the mind/spirit desires to do the things from yesterday.
Hi, Cathy! I hope you enjoyed your staycation and I’m glad you enjoyed the image. Yes, aging can take its toll on our bodies but our spirit helps keep our mind in tune. ❤️
That is an unusual quote, I’ve never read it before – thanks!
Thank you for reading and commenting. ❤️
Lovely…

Most welcome, Eugi
A lovely picture and quote.
Thank you! 😊
…Why my PC and I are stationed to look out my back picture window… saw a young deer, across the creek, in the afternoon two days ago 😀
That must have been quite a treat! We used to see them in our backyard when we lived in Florida.
Now if I could just get the gopher to dig on the other side of the creek… 😉
We didn’t have gophers in our neighborhood but we had armadillos and raccoons. 🙄
No armadillos here. But we do (rather the neighbors) get raccons because they leave food out for ferral cats. I just haven’t seen them. I’m fairly certain I saw a baby mole once – but as I had no inclination to bother it I let it go on its way.
Wonderful quote and painting, Eugi! Enjoy your weekend! <3
Thank you. Cheryl, and you do the same. 😊
