Books to read – #Bloganuary 2022 – Day 18

I read books that I download to my Kindle. I love the feel of a hardback book but reading on a Kindle is much easier on my eyes. The majority of my books are authored by those I follow in the WordPress Community.

Here are a couple of downloaded books that are next in my cue:

Grief Songs: Poems of Love & Remembrance – Author – Elizabeth Gauffreau

Song of the Sea Goddess – Author – Chris Hall

Today’s a great day to blog, and the Bloganuary prompt is:

What book is next on your reading list?

  1. I am currently reading a number of books both true book and Kindle form. On the bedside table are roughly six books and l read for around 90 minutes a night now, and read four from that pile and alternate it per night.

    The true books are –

The $100 Startup – Chris Guillebeau
    The A – Z of Amazon – Ned Browne
The Million Dollar Blog – Natasha Courtenay-Smith
500 Social Media Marketing Tips – Andrew Macarthy
How my BLOG got 1 million visits in 7 months – Patric Morgan
How to set up a T-Shirt business – Bonney Vallance

The Kindle ‘s reading is Teaming with Microbes – Jeff Lowenfels

Plus the reading material by the computer is

All About Compost – Pauline Pears
Let It Rot – Stu Campbell

I am currently chomping through books at present. Clearing a book once every week l guess. I have a pile of forty odd books to get through before the end of February.

      1. Thanks eugenia – When l am studying and with a topic l love, l can read and absorb a lot 🙂

        1. Yes, and I change it frequently. However, I started a new blog (I had a weak, blond or senior moment or all of them combined! lol). The new blog isn’t part of Eugi or Eugis’ Causerie, thus far, so I am using a general avatar for the time being. Seems my gravatar assigns itself to my WP account, thus shows on both blogs. I’ve yet to figure it out.

        2. Wow! I couldn’t figure out what you meant! No, that is my Tmblr blog. I haven’t published anything on my new blog yet. I am still working on it.

        3. Oh right, so why did you want a new blog after closing the two down to make the new one? 🙂

        4. I wasn’t happy with WP themes for Eugi’s Causerie, plus I wanted the experience of going self-hosted. My old 2nd blog hasn’t expired yet so I thought why not. Plus, I like to feed one blog off the other.

        5. Got you. I am sort of feeding one blog off the other also with the Guy blog and Earthly Comforts l doubt many have seen some of the inclusions and especially if they only use the reader to view my blog, they will miss some of my customisation additions.

        6. You know, I don’t use the reader and read posts via email notifications. With that said, I think I am missing some of your posts. So how do I find the Guy blog, and Earthy Comforts?

        7. Hey Eugenia, that is the prime Guy blog link. Earthly Comforts is under private mode currently.

  2. I’m also trying to read independent authors. I think you often find the more unique tales that way 😉
