“There are no right answers to wrong questions.” Ursula K. Le Guin
If we were persons so smart
If we had the power
If we could empower
If we had an ivory tower
If we had this and if we had that!
Tis becoming old hat.
What would you say
What would you pay
What would I pay?
A mere pittance, not I
I would heed the call
I would give it my all
Whether big or small
I would keep my world
From a downward swirl
I would give from my heart
If I were a person so smart
What would you do?
It’s your world too.

Eugi, many who think they are smart are considering only their own benefit. It takes vision to work for the common good. This is a very thought-provoking and beautifully written poem. ❤
