  10. I have quite a few flannel shirts. Best place to get them is the thrift store. Mens button differently, but I think they are better quality – I call ’em my overshirts!

    1. Wow! We are so much alike! I love flannel shirts and have several. I buy men’s flannel shirts and wear them as shackets (shirt-jacket). I bought most of them from Land’s End and have had them for years. IMO, they are classic and never go out of style. I agree men’s flannel shirts are better quality and not as expensive as women’s shirts.

      1. I finally traded out some of my older ‘shirts’. I gave away the ones that I didn’t want and got some new ones… mostly from the thrift shop.

        I’m not sure why, but mid quality woman’s cloths aren’t the same as even the low quality mens stuff.

      3. I didn’t get an early start today for the thrift store… but I picked up two pair of warm cozy socks (for in house cold feet), each .99 🙂 👣
