      2. Well, Christmas eve was a disaster because an outside sprinkler head burst and flooded 2 floors of our apartment building. We spent the night bailing water out of one of our bathrooms. The hallways also flooded and then iced over because our temps were 17 F.

        Christmas day was more peaceful but we were tired and still had more to clean up. Things are much better now that the sun is shining and we’re up to 43 F. It’s almost balmy. lol
