poached, over-easy, over-hard, over-medium, sunnyside up, coddled, hard-boiled, soft-boiled, basted eggs, baked eggs, soft-scrambled, hard-scrambled, creamy scrambled, omelets and frittatas, deviled eggs, Eggs Benedict.

I love eggs any way and any time of the day, preferably a mushroom, swiss cheese, and spinach omelet. Thank you for asking‽*

    1. When we make eggs at home, they are usually fried, scrambled, or in egg salad. I save my yen for omelets when we eat out.

  1. I don’t eat that many eggs, Eugenia, but scrambled, fried, poached, boiled, and in quiches/omelettes are some of my favourite ways when I do eat them!
    And the interrobang shall become a well-used form of punctuation, I believe! 🙂It just needs more exposure… doesn’t it‽

  2. I enjoy making ‘egg pie’ I use the whole egg (store bought crust base) – and whatever veggie looks good along with some Cheddar and Swiss 🙂

    But it was nice the other morning when hubby made breakfast!
    Scrambled with Turkey bacon and toast!
