Who wrote what?

and again I write

words outstretched to entertain

tend to keep me sane

annoyed by bot talk

my compositions feel stalked

but then who’s to say?

Below was generated from Freequill.bot using words poetry and nature. A bot with an imagination?

The head still swung still as its body and green legs swiveld side-to-side from wide arcs.Whenit strayed out of sight,I went to follow it, but allI could find where I was hoping to see the bird was a three-foot-long Lizardin ill-fitting skinand with linear mouth, the even temperof the Mineral Kingdom.

Prompt – An additional push – you are free to use any AI tool to write your piece, though it is not a compulsion. If you are subscribed to Chatgpt, you may use to create anything you want.

I give below links to two sites I found. There is no claim that these are good or the best ones, as I’ve not used them.

    1. I experimented with AI for a while and I prefer my own version, as well. I agree, if we don’t use our brain, it will become dull.

  1. AI doesn’t quite hit the mark, Eugenia, does it? Although it’s clear it is really trying. I’ve been posting on my mobilius phoneus recently, and have used the predictive text option to generate a couple of posts… it’s fun where the words lead! 🙂

  2. There must be a place for AI… but I fear creative writing isn’t one of them. I know the AI that was used in Jeopardy was pretty amazing – but still I think until an AI can actually cry and bleed…

  3. Eugi, thank you for the AI site information. It was fun trying to get AI to write a haiku, even though it didn’t succeed. Your poem is very successful. Unlike what I have seen of AI, your writing has heart! ❤

    1. Thank you, Cheryl. I experimented with the AI program for a while and got some crazy results. The AI example I copied/pasted neath my poem is wacky, IMO. 💖
